Obesity and diabetes: a real cure

The generally accepted point of view: obesity occurs with excessive nutrition, when the amount of food consumed significantly exceeds the energy costs of the body. Then food, not having time to turn into energy, is deposited in the form of excess adipose tissue. Note - still fat. This always worsens the condition, since disruption of the endocrine glands, up to the pituitary, thyroid and other tumors, is not the cause, but the result of obesity. To treat such conditions with a new intervention in the internal environment of the body - the adoption of hormones - this means to further disrupt the functioning of the entire endocrine system and completely upset it. It is upsetting (how the piano is upset), since the endocrine system is a chain of glands that interact with each other every second, and violation of only one link in this chain leads to an imbalance in the functioning of the entire system. A very significant case happened to me about ten years ago. I met my friend’s sister, who after graduating from college left for another city and has not met with me for sixteen years. In addition to severe obesity, she had manifestations of acromegaly - lengthening of the nose, chin, fingers, all signs of a pituitary tumor. She answered sadly to my surprised questions: "I was diagnosed with an endocrinology institute: a pituitary tumor, but my husband did not allow me to be irradiated." The mood of complete hopelessness and depression was evident. But she was only 36 years old (although the monthly cycle had stopped) and it was clear that it was worth ridding the body of a huge load of toxins, which she carries in her 90 kilograms, and everything will be in place, that is, the work of the endocrine glands will be regulated and the tumor will disappear. Her complete transformation and the return of her former shape to a slender chubby woman (and there was an elongated nose and chin) took place in front of my eyes over the next four months. She lost 20 kg, the joint pains that tormented her, insomnia, facial bones and hands disappeared, they returned to their normal size, the monthly cycle recovered. And all this was achieved without a single pill, exclusively by changing the diet. Food is the building material of our cells and our entire body, including bones, nervous system, brain, and therefore, by changing the quality and composition of food, we can change the composition and quality of our tissues, that is, turn diseased tissues into healthy ones and vice versa. And therefore, the choice of food should not be guided by traditions, habits and tastes, but by knowledge of the properties of food products, their effect on the metabolism in the body. That's what we’ll talk about now. First of all, about calories. There are many tables that suggest guiding you when choosing food, so as not to gain extra pounds. They show the number of calories contained in food: 1 pie, 1 apple, etc.

But let's see what calories are we talking about? Who and how measured them? And the German hygienist Voith measured them in the 19th century. I burned (like firewood) a certain amount of food: bread, meat, fat, etc., in a heater, and measured the amount of heat received in calories. That is, he measured the amount of thermal calories contained in 100 g of the product - protein, fat, starch. And based on this work of Voith, nutritionists have since begun to recommend nutritional standards for healthy and sick people, children, and the elderly. But thermal calories are good for mechanisms, not living tissue. The human body lives and acts thanks not to thermal, but to biological calories, or so-called photo-calories, which are contained in biologically active, “living” food, i.e. raw plant foods. Where do photo calories (“solar” calories) in plants come from? They are formed in the green parts of the plant during photosynthesis, which is localized in chlorophyll grains. These calories in a plant are immediately spent on the synthesis of molecules of plant macroergs - accumulators of ATP (adenosine triphosphoric acid). Then, the energy accumulated in plant ATP is spent (fixed) on the synthesis of fruits and other parts of the plant. So the tree grows and bears fruit. And the fruits ripen - fruits and berries, the sweetness of which depends on sun exposure, the more sun, the sweeter the fruits, that is, the more fructose and glucose in them. By eating them raw, we directly absorb the energy fixed in the structure of carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates, as well as plant fats and proteins, are broken down during digestion very quickly, without unnecessary expenditure of the digestive enzymes of the body, if they are taken in kind and not denatured by heat treatment, which destroys the energy structure of the product. Further metabolism occurs already in the tissues of our body. Apples, grapes, carrots, beets, radishes, green vegetables, broken down to carbohydrates, fatty acids and amino acids, are absorbed from the intestines into tissues and, breaking down further into molecules, give their energy to the synthesis of animal ATP molecules - the same macroergs, energy storage batteries. The energy stored in these molecules is consumed in the future as the body needs for tissue growth - in the child and all other physiological processes, for physical, nervous, mental work, training, etc. The intake and expenditure of energy are balanced perfectly, there is nothing superfluous not deposited in tissues in the form of fat, sand, pus, etc. A child and an adult and an old man are always healthy, vigorous, active, cheerful - the body is devoid of a load of toxins and therefore the appetite is regulated so that nothing more is eaten. This is not an invention of cabinet scientists, but the observations of some human societies-nationalities living in ecologically safe regions. These are Hunza people living in northern Pakistan in the Hunza River Valley. Apricots are their food all year round - fresh and dried, edible herbs and millet. The Kel-Kumera tribe in Central Africa feeds exclusively on dates. They simply have no other food. And, nevertheless, the hunza and kelkumera are exceptionally healthy, tall and hardy people who live up to 150 years or more completely without diseases. On the small island of Tristan d, Akunya in the Atlantic Ocean, several hundred European migrants have been living for the second century. Feeding exclusively on fruits growing on the island, they are completely healthy and got rid of all the diseases that their ancestors who first came to the island suffered from.

But if we begin to measure the thermal calories of food and, accordingly, eat meat, bread, pies and all the inventions of cooking, then thanks to their exciting taste we lose track of the absorption of food. The saturation of our tissues, and especially the liver and brain, with various poisons that are formed during digestion of denatured (boiled, fried) and mixed foods - proteins with starches and carbohydrates: bread, meat, cereals, cottage cheese and sweet dessert, also greatly contributes to excess nutrition, because they overexcite taste buds and brain saturation center. This is where all diseases of the digestive system begin - from stomach ulcers to hemorrhoids, not to mention hepatitis and pancreatitis - the liver and pancreas are literally poisoned when the products of decay and fermentation from the intestines are absorbed into the blood of the portal portal vein of the liver, and the pancreas is unable to excrete all digestive enzymes for the simultaneous digestion of proteins, starches and carbohydrates. But it is necessary to isolate, otherwise everything will rot in the duodenum and we will be poisoned. So she releases daily huge amounts of trepsin-enzyme for protein digestion, i.e. meat and dairy products. If in this way the iron is depleted, chronic pancreatitis sets in. But if once the pancreas releases too much trypsin, acute pancreatitis occurs - a life-threatening condition, because self-digestion of the gland tissue with its own trypsin. This is how we take risks, eat thoughtlessly and immensely. A violation of fat metabolism inevitably follows the second stage - a violation of carbohydrate metabolism, that is, obesity poses a real threat of type II diabetes. This is a violation of the insulin apparatus of the pancreas due to its increased exploitation - the pancreas is depleted, having been forced to develop insulin intensively for many years to assimilate food taken in unlimited quantities. Moreover, the main enemy of the pancreas is not even sugar, but alien animal proteins, i.e. meat products. For their assimilation, they (like fats) also require the presence of insulin, since biochemists know that insulin is a universal anabolic hormone, without which it is impossible for nutrients to penetrate into the cell from intercellular fluid. In addition, being natural proteins, animal products provoke an immune system to the synthesis of antibodies that damage the insular apparatus: here you have an autoimmune disease - diabetes. And all autoimmune diseases are considered incurable, because once the process of anti-heat formation is launched, it is almost impossible to stop when animal products are kept in the diet and purulent foci are present in the body - in the lungs, pharyngeal tonsils, appendix and any other organs. On such a diet (with variations of fruits and vegetables by season) they lose weight smoothly, the body manages to adapt to weight loss, cleansing and a new composition of food. Tissue renewal is achieved within 6–9 months. During this time, only the memory remains from the previous volume, outfits of twenty years ago are removed from the wardrobe, which turn out to be just right - the weight decreases by 20-30 kg (sometimes by 40 or more).
